The information provided through my coaching sessions is not medical, mental health, or religious advice. These services are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment that can be provided by your own medical provider, mental health provider, or member of clergy. In my capacity as a Parenting Coach, I serve as a coach, mentor, guide, and accountability partner that shares tools and support for accomplishing your personal goals. I am not holding myself out as anything else.
Is this therapy?
Absolutely! Even if you aren’t experiencing any pressing challenges, sometimes you just want to make sure you are “on the right track.” It can be extremely helpful to have the support and listening ear of an expert when making daily decisions that often feel as if they carry so much weight. Having a parenting coach on your side can feel like you have your own best friend, cheerleader, and expert in your back pocket.
I don’t have any specific challenges, is parent coaching right for me?
My role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow through. As with any personal development related program or service that you purchase, your results may vary and will be based on many variables. Therefore, no guarantees can be made. I can guarantee you an approach that comes with no judgements, acceptance of your family values and norms, and down to earth understanding.
